Updates
Free updates for 12 months from purchase. Reply to your purchase email and we send the latest version. Versions follow X.Y.Z: X changes settings and may need re-configuration, Y adds sections or blocks, Z fixes bugs. Every release has an entry in the changelog.
To update without losing your settings: upload the new zip as a separate theme, copy your settings across in the editor, preview, then publish.
Licence
One licence covers one production store plus its development and preview stores. Additional production stores need additional licences; agencies can ask for a multi-store price. Full terms are in the licence.
Refunds
Digital files cannot be returned, so there are no refunds once the download link has been used. If the theme will not install on your store and we cannot fix that within five business days, we refund in full.
