Yes. Foxfora themes contain no Dawn, Horizon or Skeleton code and no third-party libraries. Shopify's reference-theme licences forbid selling derived themes and Shopify runs licence checks on upload — a forked theme can be flagged. Ours install and publish clean on any store.
One production store, plus any development, staging and preview stores for that same store. You can modify the code however you like for that store. Each additional production store needs its own licence — message us for agency pricing.
The theme zip (upload it in Shopify admin under Online Store → Themes → Add theme), the full documentation, the changelog, the licence, and your licence key. Not included: a Shopify subscription, a domain, product photos, copy, your logo, paid apps, or store setup.
Free updates for 12 months from purchase — reply to your purchase email and we send the latest version. Email support for install issues, bugs and documentation gaps. Custom code, app conflicts and design work are paid Foxfora services.
Digital files cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds once the download link has been used. If the theme will not install on your store and we cannot fix it within five business days, we refund in full.
