Will it work with my phone?

If it has a USB-C port, yes — directly on most Androids, and with the adapter in the box on iPhone. The compatibility table above lists every platform we have tested on our own units, and the ones we have not.

Do I need an amplifier?

At 32 ohms, no: a phone will drive them to a normal listening level. The desktop DAC matters above that — it adds headroom, a balanced output and about 6 dB you will notice on quiet recordings.

What is the real battery life?

24 hours at 60% volume, measured on our bench, not the 40 hours some boxes claim at a volume nobody uses. At full volume, expect 14. The figure on the product page is the one we measured.

Can it be repaired?

Yes. Earpads, cables, headbands and the battery are all stocked as parts and fitted here. The driver units are not — if one fails inside the two-year warranty we replace the headphone, not the part.
