Prices hold for 30 days from the date on the list. Where a raw material moves more than that, we tell you before we ship rather than after.

The savings column is worked out from the prices themselves. Nothing here is rounded up to look better than it is.

Lead times are working days from cleared payment, not from the order. Where a line is made to order the clock starts when the artwork is approved.

How we trade

The terms, in public

Nothing here changes per customer. If we agree something different with you it goes on the invoice, in writing.

  • Payment

    50% with the order, 50% before dispatch.

    Thirty-day terms after three settled orders, on request.

  • Freight

    Ex works our unit in Lahore.

    We will book and bill it at cost if you would rather not arrange it.

  • If a carton is short

    Tell us within 48 hours with the carton number.

    The balance goes on the next run and the freight on it is ours.

  • If it arrives damaged

    Photograph the pallet before it is broken down.

    Damage found after the wrap comes off is a claim on the carrier, not on us — that is the one rule we cannot bend.

  • Returns on made-to-order

    None, once artwork is approved.

    We send a digital proof and a physical sample first, and we will not start without both signed off.

  • Samples

    Charged, then credited in full.

    The credit applies against your first order of that line within 90 days.

No account tiers, no negotiated rates for whoever pushes hardest. The break you qualify for is the break you pay, and it is on the page before you contact us.

Before the first order

What is the minimum order?

One carton on most lines, one pallet on a few — the minimum is printed on every page beside the price break table, and the table shows what each quantity costs. No account needed to see the numbers.

What is the lead time?

In-stock lines ship within two working days of payment clearing; Lahore and Karachi deliver in two to three, elsewhere in Pakistan three to five. Made-to-order lines say their lead time in weeks on the page, and the clock starts from payment, not from the order.

Do you hold stock?

Yes — every line marked in stock is on the shelf in our Lahore warehouse, and the count on the page is live. Nothing is drop-shipped; if a line is sold out it says so rather than taking the order.

Can I see it before I commit?

A single-unit sample of any line is Rs 500 plus delivery, credited against your first carton of it. Samples ship the same day and cover one colour or size per line.
