Before you buy a piece you cannot hold

How do I know my size?

Measure the inside of a ring you already wear across its widest point, in millimetres, and match it to the size chart on every product page. Or order the free plastic sizer — it ships the same day, and one resize within the first year is free.

Is the stone treated?

Every stone's treatment is stated on its product page: heated, unheated, filled or dyed. Where we do not know, the page says not established rather than guessing. Nothing is described as natural unless the assay says so.

Will it tarnish?

Solid gold does not tarnish. Sterling silver will darken slowly with wear; a polishing cloth brings it back in a minute. Every silver piece ships with one, and plated pieces are labelled as plated.

Can I return it?

60 days on unworn pieces, full refund. Resized and engraved pieces are made for you, so they cannot be returned — which is why the free sizer exists. Insured courier both ways, signed for.
