Past the top of the window, email us and we refund the shipping. Past double the window, we refund the order in full and you keep the item if it turns up.

How long does delivery really take?
Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad: two to four working days. Everywhere else in Pakistan: three to six. Every product page shows the slow end of that range, not the fast one, and the order page shows the courier and tracking number.
Where does this ship from?
Every item ships from our own warehouse in Lahore. Nothing on this site is dropshipped from abroad — if it is on the page, it is on the shelf, and the stock count on the page is live.
Who am I buying from?
Aisle General Trading, registered in Lahore, with a phone number that is answered. The address is on the contact page and on every invoice.
What if it arrives late or broken?
Late by more than two days past the slow end of the range: delivery is refunded. Broken on arrival: send a photo within 48 hours and we ship a replacement the same day, no return needed.
