Foxfora (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a premium ecommerce branding and advertising studio. This policy explains what information we collect on foxfora.com and through our communication channels, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you submit a form on our website (for example to start a project or download a resource), we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, brand name, website, the service you are interested in, and your approximate budget.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we collect standard technical data: pages visited, referral source, campaign parameters (UTM tags), approximate location from IP, device and browser type, and cookie identifiers used for advertising measurement (see section 3).
Messages. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by email, or through our forms, we keep the content of that conversation so we can respond and manage your project.
We do not sell your personal information.
Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure how visitors interact with our pages and ads. This may involve sharing hashed contact details (such as a hashed email or phone number) and event data (such as a form submission) with Meta Platforms, Inc. so we can measure ad performance and reach relevant audiences. You can learn how Meta uses this data at Meta’s Privacy Policy, and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings.
We communicate with leads and clients through the WhatsApp Business Platform. When you message us on WhatsApp — including after tapping a WhatsApp ad — we receive your phone number, profile name and message content, and store them in our customer relationship system so our team can respond. WhatsApp’s own handling of your data is described in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
We use a small number of service providers to run our business: Cloudflare (website hosting and secure data storage), Meta Platforms (advertising measurement and WhatsApp messaging), and our email delivery provider for transactional emails such as invoices and downloads. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We keep lead and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. Payment proof images are deleted from our systems shortly after verification. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (section 8).
Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure. Access inside Foxfora is limited to team members who need it for their role.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
